Truthfully my style of training is dependent on how my clients move during their sessions and everyday life so there is no doubt that I will implement corrective exercises during our sessions, especially in the first few sessions. The difference between a personal training session and a corrective exercise session with me is for those who are looking for a more in-depth analysis of their body mechanics. I will cover all basis pertaining to a specific movement if the client or athlete specifies. I will provide exercises and stretches to either activate or release certain muscles depending on their action. I take pride in my work and my main goal is to help those who want to achieve the next level.

Nutrition Guide

I WILL GUIDE MY CLIENTS THROUGH NUTRITIONAL ADVICE, GUIDES, TIPS AND TRICKS. NUTRITIONAL PLANS ARE DEPENDENT ON YOUR GOAL, FOOD  INTOLERANCES, FOOD PREFERENCES, AND CURRENT METABOLIC RATE. MY GUIDES ARE SUSTAINABLE AND A LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
